Two production lines under one roof
Sipatamoda runs two production lines: digital printing onto polyester by sublimation, and embroidered lace worked on Schiffli machines. Both run in the same factory, under the same design and quality control teams.

PT Sipatamoda Indonesia was founded in 2009 with one focus that has not shifted since: to be the best in fashion. We produce printed fabric, brocade and fashion fabrics, and we take on custom OEM work to whatever specification a customer needs.

Every month our design team releases more than 1,000 new motifs: brocade, brukat and modern lace; offwhite bridal fabric; cotton and guipure lace; and cotton prints. All of our fashion fabric is produced through an export-certified manufacturing process.
Sublimation only works on polyester. At high temperature the ink turns straight from solid to gas and enters the fibre, so the colour sits inside the fabric rather than on its surface. It will not crack, peel or wash out. To keep results consistent from roll to roll, every fabric we print is prepared first: even absorbency, a stable width after heat setting, and no optical brighteners to interfere with the colour. That is the standard we hold the Sublim Ready line to.
Schiffli embroidery works the other way round. One machine carries hundreds of needles that stitch the same design simultaneously across the width of the fabric. The base fabric is then cut or dissolved away, and what remains is the lace. The repeat is the unit of work: once the repeat is right, the machine will run it across the full width with no variation from end to end.
