Three conditions for base cloth in sublimation printing
We check three conditions on every base cloth before it goes onto the Sublim Ready list.
The three conditions are even absorbency, a width that holds after heat setting, and the absence of any optical brightener.
The third condition concerns optical brightener. It reflects blue light, so the printed colour shifts a little, and that shift usually only shows on the second roll. Every cloth on the Sublim Ready list has already passed all three conditions. For a base cloth you supply yourself, we check a swatch of it before printing begins.
