Two wide-width machines now in operation
Extra machine width means fewer joins per panel and less waste on large repeats.

A wider machine lets a design run further before it has to restart. The difference shows most on large repeats and on border laces, where a join can land in the middle of a panel.
Repeats already in production do not need to change. If you have a design that was previously split to fit, send it back and we will re-punch it for the wider machine.
